The band was formed in April of year 2000. There was only Kyar Pauk (playing Drums and vocals) and Zaw Zaw Win (guitarist) running for their modest and infamous band. A week later, the band had their very first bass player Banyar who gave up the band after 6 months of playing.
Then the band quickly replaced Banyar with another bassist Nung Bawi who also left the band after next 5 months because he had some reasons to go to the states. When the another bassist Sin Pauk came into the band, it had the perfect line up. And they got a new drummer called Kyaw Win Naing who was to play drums while Kyar Pauk was singing and playing guitars. Then they started playing in some local clubs and recording their first album named "Punk up ya’all" which was released in 2001 December and not so famous that they only released that album in taped format.
Although the band failed to gain success in their first production, they have had some good fans in their club gigs. Moreover, some of the senior bands picked them up to play with them in tours. In 2003 they released their 2nd album "Don't Talk About Punk" which was known a lot more then their first album. But the band had to be apart for some private reasons. After 8 months of breaking up , the band came back with a new player. The new drummer VINO and Kyar Pauk tried to build up the band again with the old bassist Sin Pauk. They kept writing for their new album and they started thinking of changing the figure of their music. Then they tried to combine the new school punk beatings with old fashioned rock n roll guitar riffs. In 2005 February, they released their biggest hit "Villain" album which was sold countrywide and they started having their own tours and making MTVs. In 2006, having a new additional guitarist Ko Toe, they produced their first live album "The big show in Bag" followed by their English Ep named "The Sun Factory" which was not legally published in Myanmar. Then they released the single "Bedtime Songs" and next Myanmar album "AD 3000" right before their bassist Sin Pauk walked out of the band. |
